- Risk assessments, health studies and assessments
- Data or comments submitted by the public
- Transcripts of formal public hearings
- Responses to public comments regarding the selection of a
remedy (responsiveness summary)
- The proposed plan
- A signed copy of the Record of Decision (ROD)
