Agenda Item 1. Welcome, Introductions:

The meeting convened at 7:05 P.M.

Ms. Musgrave welcomed the attendees to the meeting/public hearing. She asked whether it was agreeable that because there were no members of the public present, the meeting be held open for thirty minutes. Should a member of the public arrive the presentation would be made, if not the meeting would be closed. The attendees agreed. Ms. Musgrave stated that a member of the public was present earlier and had since left.

No other members of the public attended the meeting/public hearing and therefore the meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
