Mr. Sobel welcomed the attendees. He explained that because
only one person from the public was present, who had spent some one-on-one time with Mr.
Perry during the posterboard session, that the formal meeting would be cancelled unless
members of the public arrived.
After waiting approximately 15 minutes, Mr.
Sobel thanked the attendees for coming. Due to a lack of citizen attendance, the meeting
was cancelled.
