Directions to the MMR IRP Office

Directions to the Installation Restoration Program (IRP) office, 322 East Inner Road, Otis Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts Military Reservation (MMR). Please click here to download a map (PDF file 32KB) of the base.

Due to heightened security, access to MMR is limited. Please call Doug Karson at 508-968-4670, ext. 4678 if you wish to visit the IRP office.

From Route 3, South (Sandwich Gate):

    Cross Sagamore Bridge (Route 3 turns into Route 6)

  • Take exit 2

    • Bear right toward Mashpee (Route 130) Follow for about four miles Turn right onto Snake Pond Road (by MMR sign) Follow for two miles to guard gate Turn left onto Greenway Road Follow to end and turn right onto Herbert Road Turn left onto Shelton Road At rotary, go 2/3rds around and take North Inner Road / Richardson Road

  • Follow for about one mile and turn right onto East Inner Road

    • IRP office (Building 322) is located on the other side of the rotary

From Route 495/25, South (Main Gate):

    Cross Bourne Bridge Take Route 28 south toward Falmouth off of rotary

  • Follow for about four miles
  • At rotary, go 2/3rds around and take MMR exit
  • Follow for several miles past guard gate until you reach another rotary

    • At rotary, go 1/2 way around and take North Inner Road / Richardson Road

  • Follow for about one mile and turn right onto East Inner Road

    • IRP office (Building 322) is located on the other side of the rotary

From Route 151 (Falmouth Gate):

  • At big intersection (Sandwich Road & Route 151), go North on Sandwich Road
  • Follow Sandwich Road for about 1/2 mile and take a left at the base entrance
  • Go straight to the guard gate. Follow road to first intersection
  • Turn right onto General's Boulevard and follow to end (through one stop sign)
  • Turn right onto Richardson Road. Follow road and take right onto East Inner Road
  • IRP office (Building 322) is located on the other side of the rotary
